Welcome to the Online Audio Processing Platform (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Scope

We provide online browser-based audio processing services, including but not limited to:

Audio editing, effects, recording, noise reduction, EQ, compression, reverb, volume automation, mixing, format conversion, and AI-powered audio generation.

Some features require registration or a paid subscription. We may adjust features or pricing with reasonable prior notice.

2. Account & Use
  • You agree to provide accurate and lawful information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must not use the Platform for illegal, infringing, or abusive purposes.
  • Multiple accounts for malicious purposes or platform disruption are prohibited.
3. Content Compliance & Rules

You represent and warrant that all audio you upload or process:

  • Does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or any third-party rights.
  • Is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harmful.
  • Does not contain malware or compromise system security.
You must not:
  • Abuse server resources or infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to bulk-process content without permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, hack, or bypass platform restrictions.
  • Use AI features to generate illegal, infringing, or deceptive content.
4. Intellectual Property & AI Copyright
4.1 Platform IP

All code, UI, design, algorithms, and trademarks are the exclusive property of the Platform and protected under copyright law and international intellectual property treaties.

4.2 User Original Content

Your original audio content remains your property at all times.

You grant the Platform a temporary, non-exclusive license to use such content solely to provide the requested service (e.g., processing, transcoding, caching).

4.3 AI-Generated Content

Free trial AI users:

  • AI-generated content is owned by the Platform.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-commercial license.

Paid subscribers:

  • AI-generated content created during subscription is owned by the user.
  • Ownership remains after subscription expiration.
  • Users have full commercial rights.
5. Data & Privacy
  • Most audio processing occurs locally in the browser.
  • Files uploaded for AI processing are temporarily stored and deleted within 2 hours.
  • We do not keep permanent backups of user files.
  • Content is not used for AI training without consent.
  • We comply with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPL and applicable privacy laws.
  • The Platform is not intended for users under 13 years old.
6. Paid Services & Refunds
  • Paid services require valid payment methods.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Refunds may be granted for major defects.
  • Purchases are subject to applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • Services are provided on an 'as available' basis.
  • We are not liable for maintenance interruptions.
  • We are not responsible for user-caused data loss.
  • Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the maximum extent allowed by law.
  • We do not exclude liability for gross negligence or legal violations.
8. Termination & Violation
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Users may stop using the service at any time.
  • Major service changes will be announced.
  • Users must back up their own content.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
  • EU/EEA users are protected by local consumer laws.
  • China users are governed by PRC law.
  • Other international users follow international commercial principles.
  • Disputes should first attempt negotiation.
10. General
  • These Terms represent the entire agreement.
  • Invalid clauses do not affect remaining terms.
  • The Platform may update these Terms at any time.
